Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, coordinate travel, and handle correspondence. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents and briefs.

Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain effective communication flow within the organization.

Project Coordination: Assist in managing key projects and initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Strategic Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals. Conduct research and provide insights that aid in decision-making processes.

Event Coordination: Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and other special occasions involving the CEO.

Foundation and other Philanthropy Management: Establishing and management of the Foundation as well as all other philanthropic commitments.

Role alignment with Organization’s goals:

This role directly contributes to the CEO’s effectiveness, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and the overall growth of the company. By managing the CEO’s office efficiently, the role ensures streamlined operations, effective communication, and strategic support. This alignment is crucial for achieving the company’s mission of providing innovative cloud solutions, IT education, and infrastructure services, empowering organizations across industries to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Qualification required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications or coursework in Executive Assistance or Office Management are a plus.

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Experience in the technology industry or related fields is highly valued due to the complex nature of the company’s operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Knowledge of project management tools and communication platforms.

Required Competencies

Technical Acumen: Understanding of the technology industry, cloud solutions, IT education, and infrastructure services.

Business Operations: Knowledge of administrative and operational processes within a corporate environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
