Executive Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW

As Executive Assistant (EA), you will provide administrative and technical support to the Group Chief Executive Officer, with a high level of professionalism, dexterity, and maturity. Specific areas of support include development of strategy documents, reports, a wide range of research, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, fundraising and investment relations, and portfolio management and reporting.

Experience and Knowledge
● Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external
clients ∙ Preparing technical documents and briefs on emerging issues or areas
of concern, at the CEO’s request. Consolidating the relevant documentation
and capturing summaries in order to enable subsequent review and revert.
● Soliciting technical reviews and opinion from internal stakeholders on
issues, reviewing the content and presenting to the CEO for her views and/or
directives. ∙ Work with CEO to organize and execute assigned business projects
(business process improvement, business plan writing, marketing planning,
etc.). ∙ Receiving the CEO’s calls, taking messages, routing correspondences
and handling requests and queries appropriately.
● Attend meetings when needed and perform review of action items. ∙
Information preparation duties, which include writing letters and memos,
compiling data for reports, creating computerized presentations, writing
reports, editing, proofreading and others.
● Develop and execute research plans and activities.
● Develop reports and presentation slides as assigned by CEO.
● Setting up and managing both electronic and paperfiling systems. ∙
Maintaining diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
Attending meetings and preparing reports by collecting and analyzing
information. ∙ Researching opportunities (events, projects, trainings,
businesses, etc.), and engaging networks relevant to the work of the CEO.
● Supporting the business interests of the company with research,
contracts, and proposals.
● Any other duties assigned by the CEO.
