Its flagship brand, Ruff ‘n’ Tumble has a 25+ year history as the leading premium children’s clothing brand in Nigeria with retail operations in 13 stores across the country. The brand is renowned for exceptional craftsmanship and timeless appeal, catering to fashion-conscious parents who prioritise style and quality. It also owns Gatimo apparel, a contract manufacturing outfit focused on the mass production of garments and clothing across fashion and uniforms for schools, security agencies and corporate organisations. We are seeking a Design Lead with the ability to conceptualize innovative fashion ideas and oversee the creative process, manage a team of designers and ensure that all collections align with the brand’s vision and strategic objectives. This role will report directly to the Creative Director and involves coordinating design activities, fostering innovation, and guiding the design team to produce high-quality, market-relevant garments that meet Gatimo’s production standards.
