The Legal Counsel will be responsible for advising and managing all legal aspects of estate planning, asset documentation, family constitutions, wills, family governance policies, and succession planning for our clients. The role requires a strong understanding of Nigerian laws and legal practices, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of family businesses and multi-generational family wealth.
